You might have noticed that the nrtc.coop website has a new look lately. NRTC has been changing its appearance and content to present a clearer look at the organization and the technology solutions it offers to rural electric and telephone members.

“What we do should always be driven by our members’ needs,” NRTC CEO Tim Bryan said today in an email announcing the new website. “Our mission is to be your trusted partner.”

The new site’s goals are to tell the NRTC story about planning, building and managing new technologies and technology-based businesses; to improve search capabilities for NRTC’s wide body of technology information, and to make it easier for members to connect with NRTC. “We believe this website accomplishes those goals, and we hope you enjoy the new look and simplified navigation of our website,” Bryan said.

On the home page, members will see an emphasis on NRTC solutions with in-depth descriptions of Broadband, Managed Services, Smart Grid and Mobile technologies. The page also highlights articles and other materials that cover NRTC-related happenings, such as the recent release of the “Rural Electric Cooperative Broadband Benchmarking Report 2022 Refresh.”

In another section, don’t miss the Funding page, where NRTC keeps track of all the most recent federal and state funding opportunities for broadband and smart grid projects. You will also find pages focused on NRTC’s three primary activities – planning technology projects; building technology projects and managing high-tech businesses.

NRTC encourages feedback on the new website. Do you find it easier to navigate? Is there additional information you would like NRTC to see? Please let us know by writing to memberexperience@nrtccoopstg.wpengine.com.
