NRTC Recognized as Calix Service Cloud Certified Partner

NRTC has been designated a Calix Service Cloud Certified Partner. The Calix Service Cloud, a component of the overall Calix Broadband Platform, simplifies broadband provider customer service teams’ tasks with real-time access to customer information. Providers use it to shorten call times and reduce unnecessary truck rolls.

“NRTC is one of the first Calix Managed Service Provider partners to complete the Certified Partner Training Program for Calix Service Cloud,” said Hope Ruiz, director of Partner Enablement at Calix. “The team’s completion of this training underscores their commitment to becoming Calix Platform experts and delivering exceptional support to members utilizing Calix Service Cloud.” 

NRTC Managed Services prioritized the completion of Calix’s Certified Partner Training Program to help ensure its members and their subscribers would get the best support possible. “We’re able to show our commitment to learning and staying up to date on products which over half of our members use,” said Olivia Grimstead, NRTC Process Manager. “The team works hard to enhance our best practices to ensure our members have the most efficient processes to best serve their subscribers.”
