Tim Bryan
Chief Executive Officer
Tim Bryan has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2011. In that time, he’s transformed NRTC by strengthening, expanding and deepening the solutions we offer members and driven the organization to become our members’ trusted technology partner.
Through those efforts, the percentage of members who believe “NRTC has members’ best interest in mind” has increased from 32% to 85%. Tim won’t rest until that number is 100%.

SVP, Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer
Greg Santoro is chief marketing and strategy officer for NRTC where he is responsible for strategic planning, member engagement, marketing, and business and corporate development. Greg joined NRTC from NII Holdings (Nextel International) where he was responsible for marketing, new product and mobile device development, and corporate strategy for the Latin American wireless company.
Greg also led product development and product marketing for all mobile solutions including new wireless device development at Nextel US prior to the merger with Sprint. Post-merger, Greg led the creation of a new innovation team, successfully launching several new ventures.

General Counsel
Chuck Divone joined NRTC as our general counsel in 2017. Divone most recently served as Deputy General Counsel at Neustar where he managed a team of five attorneys and two paralegals. Divone focused his practice on commercial transactions, litigation, intellectual property and compliance.
While at Neustar, Divone played key roles in extending Neustar’s high-value number portability contract, streamlining Neustar’s sales pipeline, and obtaining a dismissal of all claims in a high-visibility securities lawsuit.

Chief Financial Officer
Bill serves as NRTC’s chief financial officer. Prior to joining NRTC, he spent eight years as CFO for Vubiquity Inc. (previously Avail-TVN), a digital media company. Bill has extensive experience in the digital media and telecommunications industries including more than 12 years with Nextel Communications Inc. as senior vice president and corporate controller.
Following the Sprint Nextel merger, Bill was SVP and corporate controller of the combined entity and then Sprint Nextel’s interim CFO. Bill directed key finance areas, was responsible for all aspects of the accounting functions and managed the shared services organization for the global $40 billion telecommunications company.

She has a track record of building HR functions and teams from the ground up, leveraging progressive HR to translate vision into practices that attract, retain, and grow top talent.

Jon Bartleson is president of Managed Services (dba for NeoNova Network Services, LLC). He has 31 years of experience in accounting and financial operations leadership, with a strong focus on delivering effective and affordable solutions to members with a partnership mentality.
Prior to being named president in January 2021, Jon served as CFO of Managed Services since April 2019.

Curtis Knobloch, who was one of the founding members of Telispire in 2000, has over 25 years experience in the wireless telecom industry. His management and operational experience includes wireless voice and data, video, long distance, paging and internet services.
He has chaired several committees and participated on numerous panel discussions regarding industry challenges and opportunities. Knobloch is a sought-out speaker on key industry trends and innovations.

Bartolomei leads NRTC’s portfolio of smart grid solutions, which includes metering and metering networks, analytics, demand management, smart energy (including solar), and storage.
He brings nearly 30 years of engineering and utility experience. Most recently, he led the development, quality assurance and program management teams responsible for all electric automation solutions at Eaton. In this role, he partnered with electric cooperatives to provide turnkey technology solutions that helped them generate, deliver and manage energy safely, efficiently and reliably.
